It looks into the design of social media being a purposeful tool used to keep people hooked in, taken away from face to face reactions and how the attitudes towards people through these mediums have become darker.This topic is one that is very relevant and asks the question of what will happen if we continue to increase the use of social media, the effect this will have on our interactions from person to person and the nature of lifestyles in the future. It also asks if these forms if media were moderated and limited how peoples lives would change for the better, bringing us back the interactions of our older generations."Plugged In" is presented and produced by Richard Grannon - a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner and has helped thousands of people by running courses to address mental health and overcoming narcissistic abuse.
