Prashanth (Naveen Chandra) meets Priya (Shruti Sodhi) on road when she is in an inebriated condition and he drops her home safely. Soon love develops between them, but her rich businessman father (Murali Sharma) disapproves their love, as Prasanth is a poor guy.
