The boy Kolya and his talking dog Bobik, left alone at home, do not know what to do. When they decided to eat strawberry jam, small tiny men fly to them on balloons, named You can and You can not. They tell Kolya and Bobik what can and can not be done. Then they play, draw and feed birds with breadcrumbs.
