On his return, Tony Rivers (played by Paul Klug) has joined the Vandals. He and other members of the Vandals, attack and beat a hunchback (played by Wendell Tillman). They did not know that the hunchback was Gregore Frankenstein, a descendant of Doctor Frankenstein. Gregore seeking revenge on the Vandals, enters the woods and locates the coffin, on the Teenage Frankenstein Monster (played by Don Glut). Once he has revived the monster, he commands it to kill all the Vandals. Tony Rivers now transforms into the Teenage Werewolf, and the two monsters battle. During their struggle, a dropped cigarette sets the forest aflame, destroying the Teenage Frankenstein Monster, whilst the Teenage Werewolf enters the river to avoid the flames.
