'Al di qua' (Life/Here) is a poetic and authorial low budget docu-film of social protest, shot with a visionary and rigorous style, on the humanitarian tragedy of universal poverty and homelessness, dramatically increased because of the economic and social crisis of the last few years. A docu-film shot in poverty about poverty. Verses from 'The Book of Hours' - 'The Book of poverty and death' by Rainer Maria Rilke. MUSIC from 'Passion According to St. Matthew' ('Matthäus-Passion BWV 244') and 'Passion according to John (' Johannes-Passion BWV 245 ') by Johann Sebastian Bach. DO NOT MISS SCENES: entrance of the the group of homeless in the hospital at the beginning of the film, and above all, the group of homeless marching in the hospital corridors. Corrado during this time looked after his severely ill mother affected by Parkinson's disease, Gigliola Carusi Franco: teacher, theater director and poet, passed away in 2013.
