Luo Yanrong is a blaster in Shenmu. He and several other workmates share a room where there is neither bathroom nor toilet. The food of the mine's canteen is pretty bad. He once got injured at work in a blast. In order to support his family and his children's education, he has been working in the mine for over a decade. Xu, a miner in Yibin City of Si Chuan Province, died in a gas explosion. His family are immersed in deep grief.
