When a girl wakes up in bed in the morning she has the ejaculation of a man inside her. She has no recollection of what has happened. A reporter becomes involved and there is the appearance of a butterfly tattoo on her thighs, which is related to what is happening as butterflies also appear fluttering around. Then the gore commences.
