In the metropolis of Seoul over 70.000 taxi's take part in the traffic. On an average day, a taxi driver has 20 to 30 trips and works 12 hour shifts. They go to every part of the city and transport a variety of passengers. Taxi Blues is the story of a man who one day also became one of those 70.000 taxi drivers.
