Imagine you are walking down a road at 2 am, strolling along the pavement at a slow pace, completely unworried. There is not a soul in sight, it is very quiet, and everything looks so calm under the pale night lights; however, you are wrong. From a distance, the figure of an odd-looking slender man seems to be still--but, a few moments later--you realise that the man is moving, and he is steadily approaching you.
