A man observes an unusually large python with strange markings on its body. The man chases after the serpent into a cavern where it is revealed that the python is of supernatural origin. The serpent quickly uses the unsuspecting man as his implement to wreak havoc in the village at night. A series of gruesome, seemingly unexplainable homicides begins to occur in the village, with many people growing restless each day. It is eventually revealed that the murders are somehow connected to one woman, Eka Puteri, who was once considered as the village beauty queen. She has attracted the attention of a poor fellow named Parta who time and again has tried to unsuccessfully court Eka. After learning that Eka Puteri is flirting with many rich young men in the village, Parta vows to seek revenge by dabbling in the occult of Lilith, a female demon so feared by the villagers. Lilith eventually grants Parta everything that he has ever wished for, including Eka. However, he has made a mistake of sleeping with Eka, a move that angers the serpentine demon. Parta quickly transforms into a hideous creature after he has unwittingly violated his covenant. Eka screams for help and a band of vigiantes led by his uncle, Sukarya, dragged Parta out from his house and proceed to beat him to death. His corpse is then thrown into a cave system, where the shapeshifting serpent first appears at the opening sequence. With body counts quickly escalating, a Muslim ustaz eventually comes to the rescue, returning Parta to where he belongs before his remains are exhumed to be buried according to proper Islamic tradition.
