A bad harvest year in the forest, the persecution of the predatory Marten, forces the family of squirrels to look for new places. Jay flying past tells that there is a forest beyond the river, rich in berries, mushrooms and fir cones. Young squirrel the White-nose is sent to the reconnaissance. There he is faced with a lot of difficulties that he overcomes, then returns home to a loving family, and they all move to the forest where they are going to live.
