In Wallonia, there is a place called Camping Wesertal, where the landowner, Jacques Doum -a former oil trader in his 80's- and the people, who have installed their caravans on his land, must live and coexist throughout the year. This documentary tries to show the dramatic and poetic story behind the everyday life of the people living in such a place.
