One night when she comes home, Esther is savagely attacked by a man donning a clown costume. It turns out that the man is a male prostitute hired by Esther as part of a dark, twisted sexual scenario. As the two chat in bed over a piece of cake, the gigolo, intrigued, seeks to understand Esther's fantasy. Little does he known that her plans for him go beyond kinky clown sex.
