A young Hong Kong gangster, Chong, stole all the money from his gang, and fled to the unfamiliar Beijing to lead a new life with his newly-met Beijing girlfriend. Such news came to the knowledge of his ex-girlfriend, Nine, who is also the daughter of the gang's leader. She was skeptical about the whole 'robbery', being convinced that there must be something behind it. Therefore, she took her steps to the capital of China (which is mysterious to most Hong Kong people), to unravel the mystery of the whole thing and to face the person she still truly loved.
