It's summer in the city. Noelia is a teenager with lots of free time on her hands. She thirsts for knowledge and exploration. She never goes anywhere without her camera, craving new places to find and people whose answers she seeks relentlessly. She invents family ties with people and records them with her camera; she creates fictions and takes the leading role in different families and stories. She'll end up generating estranging situations that the rest of the people will try to uncover.
