In a small Czech village lost somewhere at the end of the first great war, 9-year old Lisa misses the father who never came back. Her beautiful mother has fallen for a new fiancee, Jan, but Lisa can't stand the idea. Before the wedding, Jan will try one more magical little surprise to win her over. When magic turns into miracle, Lisa will feel something she hasn't in years - hope. Will the miracle turn real?
