Mehri and her father are tenants at Jafar's house. Jafar's son Reza likes Mehri and wants to marry her. They behind the rent so Jafar expels them out of the house. His son Reza goes after Mehri but can not find her. She begins to work at a cabaret. The owner of the cabaret wants to use her but before that Jafar dies and Reza finally comes and finds her and saves her from the bad cabaret's owner.
