Scieurs de bois (1896)This actuality film from the Lumiere Brothers has a couple men in the streets of France sawing some wood. That's pretty much the only thing you've got here so obviously there's nothing ground-breaking but at the same time I enjoy watching these movies simply because they captured a moment in time. Obviously a lot of the actuality films from this era just captured people doing their daily jobs and this here is another fascinating thing. You're basically getting to travel back to 1896 and watch some men making their living. If you're a fan of these types of movies then this one here is worth watching.
