Victor Cunningham has been released from the asylum and is now on a blood-drenched killing spree through a peaceful Midwest community. Meanwhile, Michelle Stevens, fleeing from her abusive boyfriend, breaks down on her way out of the city and comes face-to-face with Victor, now donning a "Grim Reaper" disguise.
