Cas Fortuit is a short film about power relations and ties between different social classes. The constant abuse of power by the police, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, was the trigger to delve into the issues raised. Due to criticism of certain governmental measures, the short film was made independently, without the collaboration of the latter.
