The movie tells a story of a somewhat simple boy Tiger, who likes to play guitar and write songs. He is over thirty and still living with his parents. Although he is slow, he is dead honest in everything he does. Samuli Edelmann makes a good title-role here, perhaps not one of his most smashing performances but funny and serious in the same time. But that's not the point. The best aspect of this movie is clearly the script. It has depth and it touches, especially people familiar with rock-music with its humour and gags. Including flashes from the past as a narrative element works well here. Directing is inventive and it is often designed around pieces of music. Mostly naive kids rock about mommy's berry-pies, but also old rock classics like Smoke on the Water and I Wanna Be Somebody, sung by none other than the man - Samuli Edelmann - himself. He also actually plays the guitar. And what a guitar! Brian May's self-made log has clearly been an inspiration for this one. Hyv' yötä!
