This is pretty weird stuff. You see a simple animation of a man walking and suddenly, he begins changing art styles again and again and again--like he's being constantly redrawn by different artists with different inspirations. This is all very strange and disconcerting--and not altogether pleasant, but since this is a multi-award winner, I thought I'd let the film continue instead of obeying by primal urge to turn it off and go to the next film on the DVD. Unnfortunately for me, the film never seemed to get my attention and it continued in such a random manner---like an art film and certainly not one with any commercial appeal in mind. A few of the bizarre images are REALLY bizarre--such as the nudity and the mouse falling in love with the cat. My verdict--only for the artsy-fartsy out there...and certainly not for me or the uninitiated.
