I was 21 when I went to see this movie there are a lot of scenes from Puerto Rico in this movie from the "Campos"when being "Jibaro"was said with pride there were many people taking pictures of the movie screen as the movie was being shown in an attempt to capture many of the great scenes of the countryside in this moviethe soundtrack from this movie is a must have when the soundtrack was issued under the same name as the movie it became one of the most popular Spanish soundtracks ever. The story line is typical fairy tale poor boy meets girl but the girls family doesn't think he is good enough and he has to overcome their prejudices of him (rich vs poor)but all in all a very enjoyable movie I have been pulling my hair out trying to obtain this movie on VHS or DVD as it will enhance any movie collection if you can buy this movie do so you will not be disappointed
