A mob of gangsters kidnap a son of a dog-food billionaire, but snatch a tourist from USSR instead, by mistake of course. The dog food next of kin and Soviet tourist both fall in the hands of gangsters. Kids become friends, while adults prefer to sacrifice friendship to jungle law.
