Patrick Lechat learns that his father, the famous writer Jo Lechat, whom he never knew, has just died leaving a colossal fortune. "That's good!" Patrick Lechat and his family are currently in a very bad situation. Albert Moulinot, an eccentric character who turns out to be Jo's half-brother, lives in the depths of the Dordogne. Albert is against work. He lives by barter, alone in the middle of nature, with a wild boar for pet. And he is the sole beneficiary of Jo Lechat's inheritance. So Patrick has to meet Albert.
