Vishal and his newly wedded wife Jyoti shift to Bombay for work purpose and happiness is over the moon for them as they are getting settled in city of dreams.But the happiness is short lived when Jyoti gets raped and murdered by four men Prince,Bakya,Peter and DD (Disco Dancer). Vishal is left helpless as the police and politician no one is supporting him and decides to take help of Dharmatma whose known to give justice to people,he gets a hint from his servant that one of the goons was Bakya.Vishal is behind Bakya to kill him but his girlfriend Rita tries to save him by planning to kill Vishal but Rita realizes the crime and decides to revel truth to Vishal.After Bakya's death Prince,Peter and DD attack Rita just before she could die Rita revels truth of Jyoti's murder to her friend whose name is also Jyoti who then decides to meet Vishal and revel the name of other killers.Vishal had once saved the same Jyoti from molesters he decides to revenge the killers and goes to Dharmatma telling him that meeting him didn't prove him of any help and further if he wants to help him he should surrender him the last victim whose none other then his son Prince.
