Durga and her son Hari shift from Nashik to Bombay where Hari runs an electronic shop he meets Devi and falls in love with her and often gets in trouble with local goons and pretends to be lookalike brother of Hari.Om look alike of Hari is a con men and working for underworld gang of Ramsay and his brother Shakti he loves Rita whose always tried to woo by Shakti.Om lands in trouble when police inspector Yadav gets shot by Shakti and he gets arrested Rita wants Ramsay to release him at any cost.Ramsay comes across Hari and makes a deal of one Lakh by selling his car to him the money which he needs for his sisters wedding.At the same time Om escapes from cops an Hari is arrested and has nothing to prove himself innocent.
