Due to economic turmoil, Sai must become one of the debt collecting agents. With the aid of his special techniques, he quickly completes a tough job and gains the respect of two of the most powerful men in the loansharking industry. Now full of himself, he decides to open up his own debt collecting agency. However, his success attracts the jealously of a rival, who sets up a trap to ruin him.
