Nadia is a famous singer from Chennai. She is tired from shows and fan mails . Her father sends her to a small village to recuperate. The village constable Mohan is her fan and has written more than 1000 letters to her regularly . He's all excited about her stay in his village and tries to meet her . After a lot of struggles he manages . Initially she maintains her distance but slowly she starts liking him and his voice . He is a wannabe singer .They grow close to each other . Her father suddenly crops up asking her to return as they have some commitments . She leaves without saying good bye to him. He goes to Chennai in search of her . She refuses to acknowledge him as her friend and says she was just humouring him to encourage him and his music . Hurt and confused, he vows revenge on her saying he will become bigger and richer than her . He goes to jail and meets his long lost father Somayajulu - a music teacher . I always found Nadia's acting very bland .Mohan is delightful as the village bumpkin . The movie contains beautiful music . Watch it for songs .
