Ismat, owner of Youth and Beauty shops, refrains from marriage, and founded a society against men called "Woman Equals Man". The society is joined by all spinster women. While going to one of the society's meetings, Ismat ran with her car a biker called Wahid Fathi (Muhammad Fawzi) who is also an artist carrying a painting to participate in an art exhibition. The painting, however, was torn. Wahid comes to recognize her closely, and starts chasing her in various ways after he loves her, trying all tricks to move her feelings with no avail. Events of the film then follow.
