Imagine that you are passionately in love with a person, and your family is against your happiness. It is Moscow today. Famous writer Vladimir Zharovsky once created the deep work "The Yellow Dwarf", and now has to earn money with fiction novels. So he is rich and famous. But he considers himself one of the losers. One day his 22-year-old son brings a simple and poor girl into the house. But both parents consider an ordinary shop assistant an unworthy party for their only son. They are ready for anything in order to destroy the happiness of lovers - even on dad's love affair with the girl. What will this absurd decision lead to, and will young people be able to find happiness after this?
