Ismail is a Medical Student who goes to East Germany to complete his Education where he met a girl and went out with. Meanwhile his family in Egypt struggles to provide for him.When he finally comes back to Egypt to be an Oculist he discoveres that his patients uses oil from an old lamp in 'Saida Zainb Mosque' called Om Hashim Lamp (kandil) which makes makes them feel even worse.
