Arjun and Asha study in the same college Arjun is very good at sports and wins every time which makes his cousin Shrikanth jealous,Shrikant also eyes Asha and wants to get her.Inspector Ashok is a tough cop and lives with his sister Asha and in love with a journalist Parmila ,Arjun and Asha fall in love during a college trip when Arjun saves Asha from a molester,Ashok and Arjun's father Judge Raja Ram find about it and decide to get them married.Arjun and Asha are on their honeymoon where four old men try to catch their private moments,soon Asha is found raped and murdered and Arjun is admitted in bad state in a hospital suspicion leading to four old men who get arrested.Ashok finds from medical reports that Asha was raped by young men around age of 20 and finds from Pramila that she had a tiff with Shrikanth in college.Ashok manages to gather evidence and arrest Shrikanth and his friends but Shrikant's father Mohan Raj a wealthy businessman changes things due to power of money and also suspends Ashok who then decides to punish the culprits according to his law.
