At number one it's the simple romantic love story Majnu. Rajani looks beautiful and lovely.The charming story is another feather in the cap for producer. Rajani's acting is fantastic. Her performance as Alekya is fabulous. No one could have performed better than her. Other actors are OK. Direction is OK but can be improved. Ciniematography is average. The thematic line is simple and is composed of lighter vein episodes. Nag and other actors make a good team with varied characteristics. The scenes featuring them are well written and equally well handled. However the misunderstanding part between hero and heroine is not quite convincing. It is that message of winning love with Rajani's beauty and acting, which fills the film. Well scored music and background score worth observing just to know how it helped in building up drama and romance. Over all good performance and no wonder collected millions of rupees.
