This is another one-joke, Bosetti-directed split reel. Leontine is told off by mama to take care of the house, sister and dog, and manages to foul up every part of her order.As usual for Bosetti, the camera-work, composition and cutting is up to standard for the era, but the slapstick is of the bone-breaking -- or in this case, house-smashing -- variety. The lead actress is unidentified, but there are about fifteen titles listed with the name "Leontine" in them from this era, so it may have been a series about this young woman's misadventures.Skip this one and seek out Bosetti's more visually inventive Onesieme series.
