This film was wacky. Very entertaining. I liked the love triangle with the 2 guys fighting over the girl. She apparently wants to be with the guy who has the coolest pet, so they compete with each other. It gets a little out of hand but there is a crazed logic to the notion that whoever can get the more exciting animal wins her affections. Despite the low budget, it was fun to watch and imaginative. It reminded me of Gremlins and I loved the actor who played the pet salesman. He was hilarious.
