The film takes place at a wedding, and while the guests wait for the wedding room to be free, different people tell stories about love, very very different story, that take place in different times and places to different people. So the film is a collection of short stories, and after each one ends we go back to the present to the wedding. All the stories are comedic of course cuz this is a Mamin film. The film has a wonderful look to it and is shot beautifully. It has a warm ending. This was my second Mamin film after Window to Paris, and I really loved it, so afterwards Mamin became one of my all time favorite directors (me being Russian, I especially love his style and all his films which are all incredible.) It was wonderful to see a collection of different stories in a Mamin film, I've seen one old Mamin short before. This to me is another perfect film by this great director, a very respectable film also. Like all of his films, it is filled with laughter, beauty, culture, and many more things that you're sure to love. This film has a lot of artistic elements, and for me it is a different film from his other earlier films! A very refreshing film that is different but still has that perfectly crafted Mamin style! I should also say this is the newest Mamin film I've seen. 10
