Pandu and Sakaram live in Mumbai's police colony while Pandu is honest but a careless cop while Sakram is a corrupt cop who does not do any work without taking bribe.Pandu by fluke catches smuggling goods and the seniors gets inspired by him in next few days he exposes more smuggling racket and makes a name for him.While the smuggler are frustrated with their loss recent losses an appoint Paro Keliwali to woo Pandu towards her to divert his mind.Paro drops a litter which has diamonds worth Rs 24 Lakh in it with Pandu and risk s her life from smugglers.But the litter reaches Sakaram who decides to keep it for himself.
