Unable to forgive himself and come to terms with the untimely demise of his wife and child, the distinguished cardiothoracic surgeon, Alekos Raisis, decides to put an end to his otherwise brilliant career. Now, wandering the silent Athenian night streets, Alekos has become a cynical vagabond, drowning his sorrows and systematically destroying his life.
