Iraklis (Hercules) Leontopoulos, a lower-ranking employee with a heart of gold, unexpectedly inherits a building crammed with tenants. However, his easy disposition and his good nature are, in fact, two of his biggest problems, because, however hard he may try, he seems unable to collect any payments, let alone, demand an increase in the rents. But, soon, everything will change for the better, when his skilful and effective lawyer, Aleka Palli, comes with an unusual proposal: Iraklis needs to play the tough guy in order to survive. From that point on, the consequences of this transformation will be hilarious, but, will the meek roughneck-in-the-making manage to get things going?
