Fiercely incorruptible and stubbornly idealistic, the inquisitive young journalist, Alekos Theocharis, knows that he's fighting a losing battle against the scum of the Earth. Intent on shedding light on the problems of modern communities, and above all, the corruption, the injustice, the immorality, and the insurmountable obstacles of social class, Alekos starts a one-man crusade, in high hopes that his shocking revelations will jolt the local district attorney and the sluggish judicial system into action. However, against the backdrop of his unrelenting campaign, well-hidden secrets threaten to put in jeopardy not only Alekos' well-ordered life but also his unwavering faith and beliefs. In the end, who are the real enemies of society?
