In broad daylight, a ruthless gang of criminals abducts little Tasos, the ailing son of the wealthy businessman, Markos Maras. As the desperate father rushes to Athens from Rhodes, the experienced police officer, Inspector Vasilis Makridis, advises Maras to pay the ransom in marked notes; however, in vain. Now, time is against everyone, and especially the weary boy, who, if he doesn't take his medication in the following five days, his life will be in grave danger. Can Makridis locate the kidnappers' lair in time before it's too late?
