Alkali Ike is a cowboy who agrees to masquerade as a wild man after the original one escapes from the show tent. Later, he himself flees to the woods and meets the real wild man. The situations in this are nicely photographed and it carries a lot of pleasing humor in its grotesque development. Children will be especially delighted with the two funny wild men. - The Moving Picture World, November 1, 1913
