The young mafioso Salvatore is sent back to Sicily, after having lived in America for a long time, precisely because of problems that arose in his relationship with "Cosa Nostra". He is entrusted to Don Mimì, the mafia boss in Palermo, forced to live on the wheelchair, who lives with the young and beautiful lover, Marina, an orphan initially welcomed by the boss as a daughter. But Salvatore will incur the rudeness of putting his eyes on Marina, falling deeply in love and being reciprocated. This can only provoke the wrath of Don Mimì, who unleashes his men in the footsteps of the astute Salvatore, who manages to repair in London, where he takes on the monopoly of the racket of prostitution, orchestrating some lucrative scandals to the detriment of eminent characters, blackmailed by him. But the merciless revenge against him and Marina who joined him in London was not long in coming.
