Reared in a dusty Romani camp, the young orphan with the outstanding performance as a professional panhandler, Kosmas Papakosmas, having experienced rejection and the extreme poverty, decides to start a private school for beggars. Living in riches, by day, Kosmas poses as a homeless vagabond--but by night--he slips into his luxurious fur coat and drives his expensive German car, until one day, he crosses paths with the seductive con artist, Lisa.
