I have owned ( and viewed ) this video since it first became available and, having been fortunate enough to have seen Harry perform 11 times I have to say that it is as close to actually being at one of his concerts as you can get. Although the audio quality is mostly below - par, it manages to capture the energy of the band, the enthusiasm of the audience, and the raw, straight - ahead charisma that was Harry Chapin.
