A small-town veterinarian inherits $2 million from his uncle, whom he hasn't seen for years. He decides to use some of his new-found wealth to fund a clean-up crusade against the gangster element in town. What he doesn't know is that his uncle was the head of the crime syndicate, and those gangsters want to get their hands on his $2 million.
