Light comedy about various Bucharest house dwelling families trading their houses for apartments in a brand new apartment building complex in a new subdivision of a large Bucharest neighborhood.Some of the families are very happy to exchange their houses for new apartments while other families are sad to see their old homes being bulldozed to make room for new apartment buildings.Even though the government provides these former house owners with brand new free apartments as compensation for their lost homes some of them feel sad to trade a house for an apartment.For some it would be hard to adapt to a new life-style in a large high-rise apartment building.Living is a bit more cramped than in a house,one has more neighbors,there is a certain loss of privacy and comfort and there certainly is more noise at all hours of the night as some of the new tenants discover.
