It's winter, and all the toys are in tears because their little girl mistress Nancy is seriously ill and the doctor says that only sunlight will make her recover. Raggedy Ann goes to ask the sun to come out, but the sun needs the clouds to be moved by the wind, and the wind needs the ice and snow to melt... 'Mr. Zero' must have his heart melted by Raggedy Ann's pleas before Winter can end early and save Nancy.
