Loopy de Loop, the good wolf always ready to aid his fellow-cartoon-character (human or otherwise.) He follows the sound of a siren that turns out to be a hunting dog with the sneezes, a bad thing for tracking dogs, and Loopy subs for the dog in order to track down a rabbit for the dog's hunting owner.
